I normally do not like gossips and rumors. You never know if they are true or if they are distorted – to me it’s a waste of time. Saying that, I can’t help myself reading articles about the new iPhone 6. I don’t do it with pleasure but because I can’t wait to own the new iPhone 6, I am just super curious and I want to know more. I read lots of articles, and it’s a bit tricky to found what is true or not, but I prepared a list of all the solid rumors you need to know about the iPhone 6 that sound to me the most accurate.

Note: I love Apple and I work closely with the great Australian Apple team, and trust me when I say they won’t shared any informations about the iPhone 6 – the informations below are purely speculation and may be are the fruit of my imagination and of my reading :)

Name

I am 110% sure the new iPhone’s name will be iPhone 6 – the iPhone 5, 5S and 5C were so last year and it’s time for Apple to launch a brand new phone with a new name.

Size

Every IT journalist agreed on this, the iPhone 6 will have a bigger and wider screen. No one really knows the exact dimensions but apparently the length of the new phone would be 5.9 inches and the width comes in at 3.3 inches. Which is a significant jump in size over the current iPhone 5S. That model is 4.87 x 2.32 inches. So the iPhone will have a bigger screen.

Touch ID Fingerprint Sensor

I think the Touch ID Fingerprint Sensor is an amazing technology and I do expect to see it on the iPhone 6.

Camera

The camera on the iPhone 5S and 5C is mind blowing and so far is the best camera quality on a smartphone, taking amazing pictures. Again here I expect the same All-New 8 Megapixel iSight Camera with True Tone Flash maybe even a better one – is that possible?

Release Date

One thing we are sure about, Apple is testing the phone right now and we launch the production soon. Crazy rumors talk about April, or July 2014. I will like to be prudent here and based on the previous years of the iPhone releases, I would said the iPhone 6 will be available to the public around September.

Products

The Internet goes mad on this one, they talk about maybe the releases of two new iPhones with two different sizes, even maybe an iPhone Air… hmmm… interesting but on this one I don’t have a clue so I will say let’s wait in few months. Regarding the iPad, rumors also talk about a new iPad – which I am not very surprised, marketing wise it will be smart to launch a new iPhone besides a new iPad together – how exciting! Personally I am expecting Apple will release an iWatch this year, but that’s just me.

Design

According to Business Insider, the Retina+ Sharp IGZO display would have a 1080p Full HD resolution, the phone could be thinner with a LED backlight technology to reduce the thickness.

Another source claims the iPhone 6 (in both its sizes) will take design cues from the iPhone 5C and the seventh-gen iPad Nano which launched in 2012.

There’s a lot of pressure heaped on the iPhone 6. Apple will need to be on its game with the new handset – and many believe a bigger screen is simply a must. The one thing we can be sure, it will be a massive event for the Apple fans (me included). Of course soon I know the ‘real’ information about the new iPhones (s) 6, it will be on Women Love Tech. Samsung has always played a big game in introducing phones with large display sizes

Every year, mobile phone giants like Samsung and Apple introduce new smart phones. After the release of Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Samsung eyes on launching its succeeding model, Note 4. Apple too will launch Apple iPhone 6 sooner this year or by 2015. These phones are being awaited by the smart phone lovers who are looking forward to the enhanced features.

Samsung and Apple, both are giants in the mobile phone market. Both have been launching phenomenal handsets that attract thousands of elite customers. This article will guide you through the different specifications and features of both the smart phones. 

Big Display Sizes

Samsung has always played a big game in introducing phones with large display sizes. Note, quite analogous to its name is more like a phablet. Note 4 will come with a large display screen that will measure around 5.7” diagonally. On the flip side, Apple has always been small and petite when it comes to its phone range. iPhones are never more than 4” in size in the display region. But this time there might be an enhancement with a display size of 4.5” which is yet again quite small as compared to the Note 4.

Operating System

The operating system of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 might be increased to Android version 5.0. The same for Apple will be enhanced to iOS version 8. 

Memory Sizes

Note 4 will have a boomed up memory storage area internally of 32/64 GB. There will be a 4GB RAM incorporated into the phone for better functionalities. On the other hand, Apple has already introduced phones will 64 GB internal memory. This time it may go up as high as 128 GB for the primary memory slot.

Higher Camera Resolution

The primary camera of Note 4 will have a resolution of 20 MP, and the secondary will have a resolution of 3 MP. Samsung camera will be enhanced to have image stabilization properties. The ISOCELL technology will be incorporated into it. It will also have 4K video recording option. The same for Apple will be maintained at 8 MP in the rear side. Apple has always been simpler with its camera functionalities. But this time, HD-slow motion video recorder and VCMOIS actuator module will be used in the iPhone to adjust for the haziness of the picture if taken in motion.

Stylus

Note series from Samsung always have had the stylus and pen functionalities for better navigation of pages. Handwriting can be used to unlock the screen in Note 4 instead of finger print and iris scan. Apple may also introduce its stylus this time with the launch of iPhone 6.

CPU

Apple has already been using 64-bit processor in its preceding models of iPhones. This time also there will be the same processor. For Samsung, such huge CPU has not been used till date. The S6 version from Samsung Galaxy S-series is said to contain 64-bit CPU. But if the Note 4 will be launched before S6 is released, then it will be the first phone from Samsung to use 64-bit processor.

Other essential features

Samsung Note 4 will have 2G/3G/4GLTE connections with Bluetooth version 5.0. It will also acquire wireless charging and will support Wi-Max. iPhone 6 will have solar power charging options, mobile payment options and several other features with the introduction of iOS8.

Samsung hints on 4K display in Galaxy Note 4-

Samsung likes innovations and that’s the reason each successor of Note series smartphone comes up with new innovative idea and technology. This time again the South Korea based techie trying something extra ordinary for its widely rumored phablet Galaxy Note 4. Samsung hints at 4K display in Galaxy Note 4 however it may not materialise as we are yet to see 2K display in any of the device. If Samsung could make it possible for Galaxy Note 4, it will be a great achievement however if Galaxy Note 4 misses, it is being said that Samsung’s flagship smartphone Galaxy S6 will make a debut with 4K Display.

The latest update on the high end device suggests that Galaxy Note 4 may come up with three-sided display to view the videos and read messages from every angle. It will help people to read content on the display from all the directions pretty easily. Apart from it, other update tells that Note 4 may feature flexible display. If it comes with such display, Galaxy Note 4 will completely rule the the market.

The latest update which hints the possible design of upcoming Galaxy Note 4 is the award of two patents to Samsung on 31st December 2013. The request for patent was filed in September 2013 and it was being said the request was for the design of Galaxy Note 3 but it came out with completely a different design which points the patent request might have given for the design of Galaxy Note 4.

We are just in the third month of newly born baby, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 that debuted in September this year, people are already discussing about the Galaxy Note 4 release date, its specifications, price range and other features that this stunning device may sport. On the other hand, It could be a little disappointment for the people who are waiting for Galaxy Note 4 to come that instead of releasing Galaxy Note 4 Samsung may announce Note 3′s sibling, the Galaxy Note 3 Lite however its just a speculation we can not comment on it unless we receive more information on the said topic.

The chances of the release of Galaxy Note 4 is higher because we haven’t seen any Note series new model given a ”Letter” or specific “WORD”, it comes out with completely a new name. Moreover If we look at the series, Galaxy Note was released at first followed by Galaxy Note 2 and now Galaxy Note 3, so next in the row could be Galaxy Note 4 instead of Galaxy Note 3 Lite.

Based on the rumors surfacing on tech blogs around the world, the expected release date of Galaxy Note 4 is Aug/September 2014. It may happen that Samsung will announce its flagship phablet during MWC 2014 and it will become available to buy from then onward however the release date could be pre-pone based on the release of other high end devices due for launch next year by other tech giants likes Apple, HTC and LG.

Galaxy Note 4 specs

As far as Galaxy Note 4 specifications are concern there is not much information available expect that Galaxy Note 4 may feature octo-core processor with Exynos chipset however its a pure speculation, we will get to know more about it a bit later. The biggest news comes on the camera that Galaxy Note 4 is going to feature.

According to rumors, this high end device will feature 20 megapixel camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) technology. There are rumors which say that Note 4 is going to feature 16 megapixel camera but I do agree with it. We have seen rivals like Xperia Z1 and Nokia’s Lumia 1020 is already way ahead with 20 and 41 megapixel camera respectively and I don’t see any reason for Samsung to release Note 4 with 16 megapixel camera. OIS technology will help clicking brighter photographs in bad lighting conditions.

Apart from it, ofcourse to make it process faster, Samsung will supply it with 4 GB RAM atleast. Talking about battery, since Galaxy Note 3 sports 3200 mAh Li-ion battery, Galaxy Note 4 will have something better than this and it may be given 3500 mAh battery and could last longer than its predecessor.

Since it is going to be given such a robust hardware system and great features, the price could fall anywhere between $800-$900 (without contract) at different locations.
